In Conversation With... Hugh Bonneville

  • Main Auditorium
  • 29 March 2023, 7:30pm

Join Artistic Director Christopher Haydon as he sits down in conversation with star of Downton Abbey and Paddington, Hugh Bonneville for a very special evening to raise money for Rose Theatre.

Hugh will share anecdotes from his career, some of his favourite behind the scenes stories and will discuss his work with a variety of charities, including Scene & Heard who will also benefit from the proceeds of this evening. Following a short interval, there will be an opportunity for audience members to put their own questions to Hugh.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to hear from one of the UK's leading actors. Tickets are strictly limited and available from £20.

The Rose is a registered charity (registered as Kingston Theatre Trust, Charity no. 1000182) and ticket sales cover less than two thirds of our costs; we rely on donations from our loyal supporters to continue the great work we do. Proceeds from this fundraising event will support the Rose to deliver first-class productions, develop learning and cultural opportunities, and build a vibrant cultural heart for our community.

Scene & Heard (registered charity no. 1077836)  is a unique mentoring project that partners the inner-city children of Somers Town, London with volunteer theatre professionals. We give the children intensive, one-to-one adult attention, enabling them to write plays which are then performed by professional actors.
