KSA Live: Creative Practice Dance Festival
Join us in the Studio Theatre on Thursday, 3rd April at 4 PM for an evening that brings together choreographic craft and hip-hop practice, showcasing the work of second-year dance students.
The festival features a diverse range of student-led choreographic works, each shaped by distinct themes, movement styles, and creative intentions. Some works are finely structured, others more instinctive—each exploring how choreography can articulate ideas, emotions, and physical states through movement.
The event features a hip-hop cypher, where dancers engage in freestyle movement, rhythm-based exchange, and live improvisation. Here, composition and spontaneity meet, as fixed material and in-the-moment choices shape a dynamic and evolving performance space.
